IN THEIR WORDS
From people who've already been in the room.
Reviews and real wins, straight from the people Sumner teaches every day.
Having gone to all of Sumner's events in Vegas and in AZ at the land house, I built my entire business off of the things I learned at those events. Just those full days of information and answered questions, I built a team and a successful full time business. I wasn't in LIA 1.0 or any other coaching. I truly learned from those events.
Closed on 3 properties = $52k profit after all expenses. Lots of base hits, but they add up.
Just closed on a sale today! Profited $22K and set a personal record, only owned this lot for 38 days from purchase to resale. So far this year, I've closed on 6 acquisitions and sold 4 land deals.
I've done another course and have talked to quite a few land investors. I feel like there's a consensus LIA is the best value for the amount of comprehensive content, training, and feedback coverage.
We had a meeting with our bookkeeper yesterday. She has a number of land investors, some are pretty big and doing this for a long time. She congratulated us on being one of the standout clients for 2025. She said many of her clients are struggling this year, including some of the established businesses. What you are teaching works, and this really is an amazing community of people. We're having our best year ever.
A couple of wins to share this week. 2 signed contracts. Buy at $4,500, sell at $20k. Buy at $4,530, sell at $15k.
The networking was top-notch, dinner on the beach every night and talking real estate at the pool were once in a lifetime opportunities, and that's not even discussing the snorkeling with manta rays and the rice field hike. We made lifelong friends and business connections and can't wait to go again next year.
Unlike many programs for various topics in my life, you genuinely seem to care and pour yourself out for our benefit. Same can be said for many others here in the community.
I just got my first contract signed on the dispo side. First deal and first double close, about to make my first profits.
I got SO much value from the free event in AZ last year. I knew LIA events were something that I was going to prioritize from here on out.
I bought a property for $5.5k and am scheduled to sell it for $27k cash. Turnaround time will be less than 14 days.
This speaks for you and the community and program that you built.
First, I got my first ever land contract signed! I'm pumped to finally have a live deal to work through and learn from. There's still a lot to do from here with due diligence, title, and disposition, but getting that first signed contract feels like a huge milestone.
It really gave everybody the opportunity to take specific things home with them that they could employ to improve their businesses and even their personal lives. I highly recommend doing this if you want to grow your business and have a great work life balance.

WHAT THIS WEEKEND ACTUALLY IS
Deep Relationships
Build real connections with operators who are actually doing volume, in a room small enough to remember every name.
Strategic Partnerships
Forge joint ventures and referral networks that keep producing long after the weekend ends.
Actionable Strategies
Leave with a concrete roadmap for your business, not a stack of notes you never look at again.
Coastal Reset
Work hard, then actually enjoy it. Ocean air, good food, and a group that is not performing for each other.
